OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All products offered in our site are available for delivery within Philippines only. All deliveries within Metro Manila are free of charge. Standard rates apply to deliveries outside Metro Manila.

Expect purchased items to arrive within approximately 2-3 business days. Orders are purchased are processed from Mondays to Saturdays. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order has been received.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

All online purchases are guaranteed with our Exchange Policy. If you would wish to exhcange your purchased item, simply ship the said items to us at #23 Guerilla St. Sto.NiƱo Marikina City 1800, along with a letter of request stating your details and reason for exchange. The company is not liable for the incurred shipping cost.

All items returned must still be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition when shipped to us up to 7 days from the date it was received. A replacement shoe will be sent if the claim is deemed valid. Otherwise, the same shoe will be returned to the sender.
