Cleaning
On a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mildsoap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic.
Drying
Open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!
Conditioning
Recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatments do alter color and appearance).
If you are unsatisfied with your product please send us an email here with all of the information listed below. Please note that we are unable to perform repairs and can only replace for current styles. Items with excessive wear and tear, material breakdown from extended time and/or use, or improper care will not be considered for a warranty. Once your email has been processed we will contact you via email with your Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send us your product. All products should be shipped via insured parcel; we will not be responsible for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department. Inbound shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
